प्रदोष व्रत की महिमा और महत्ता

शिव ऐसे देव हैं जो बहुत जल्द प्रसन्न हो जाते हैं। कुछ ऐसे व्रत पूजा है जिससे शिव जी अति शीघ्र प्रसन्न होते हैं उसी में एक है प्रदोष व्रत । भगवान शिव को यह व्रत परम प्रिय है इसलिये इस व्रत में शिवजी की उपासना की जाती है। इस व्रत में भगवान शिव की हर दिन की अलग - अलग पूजा कर अलग - अलग दोष खंडित होते हैं ।

व्रत की महिमा

शास्त्रों के अनुसार एक दिन जब चारों और अधर्म की स्थिति होगी, अन्याय और अनाचार का एकाधिकार होगा, मनुष्य में स्वार्थ भाव अधिक होगी. तथा व्यक्ति सत्कर्म करने के स्थान पर नीच कार्यो को अधिक करेगा।

उस समय में जो व्यक्ति त्रयोदशी का व्रत रख, शिव आराधना करेगा, उस पर शिव कृ्पा होगी। इस व्रत को रखने वाला व्यक्ति जन्म- जन्मान्तर के फेरों से निकल कर मोक्ष मार्ग पर आगे बढता है. उसे उतम लोक की प्राप्ति होती है।

हर दिन हर तरह की महत्ता

सोमवार के दिन त्रयोदशी पडने पर किया जाने वाला व्र्रत आरोग्य प्रदान करता है। सोमवार के दिन जब त्रयोदशी आने पर जब प्रदोष व्रत किया जाने पर, उपवास से संबंंधित मनोइच्छा की पूर्ति होती है। जिस मास में मंगलवार के दिन त्रयोदशी का प्रदोष व्रत हो, उस दिन के व्रत को करने से रोगों से मुक्ति व स्वास्थय लाभ प्राप्त होता है। व बुधवार के दिन प्रदोष व्रत हो तो, उपवासक की सभी कामना की पूर्ति होने की संभावना बनती है। गुरु प्रदोष व्रत शत्रुओं के विनाश के लिये किया जाता है। शुक्रवार के दिन होने वाल प्रदोष व्रत सौभाग्य और दाम्पत्य जीवन की सुख-शान्ति के लिये किया जाता है। अत में जिन जनों को संतान प्राप्ति की कामना हो, उन्हें शनिवार के दिन पडने वाला प्रदोष व्रत करना चाहिए। अपने उद्देश्यों को ध्यान में रखते हुए जब प्रदोष व्रत किये जाते है, तो व्रत से मिलने वाले फलों में वृ्द्धि होती है।

According to the scriptures, there will be a day when there will be a situation of unrighteousness all around, there will be monopoly of injustice and incest, there will be more selfishness in humans. And instead of doing good deeds, the person will do more vile deeds.

In that time, the person who observes the fast of Trayodashi and worships Shiva, will be blessed by Shiva. The person who observes this fast comes out of the cycle of birth after birth and moves forward on the path of salvation. He gets the best world.

Fasting done on Monday on Trayodashi gives health. When Pradosh Vrat is observed on Mondays when Trayodashi comes, the wishes related to fasting are fulfilled. In the month in which there is a Pradosh Vrat of Trayodashi on a Tuesday, fasting on that day gives freedom from diseases and health benefits. And if Pradosh Vrat is observed on Wednesday, there is a possibility of fulfillment of all the wishes of the fasting person.Guru Pradosh Vrat is observed for the destruction of enemies. Pradosh Vrat, which is observed on Friday, is observed for good fortune and happiness and peace in married life. In the end, those people who wish to have a child, they should observe Pradosh Vrat which falls on Saturday. When Pradosh Vrat is observed keeping in mind its objectives, the fruits obtained from the Vrat increase.
